  15. <p>     AILING. Virginia Kelley, 70, mother of President Clinton; from
  16. breast cancer; in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Kelley, who underwent
  17. a radical mastectomy during a 1990 bout with breast cancer,
  18. was diagnosed with a recurrence of the illness over the summer.
  19. She casually divulged her condition in offhand remarks at a
  20. bankers' convention in New Orleans. "I don't know how much time
  21. I have," she said, "but I told my doctor I refuse to go until
  22. they find a cure for this thing."
